Damien Dean

Damien joined Harris+Co in July 2022 as an assistant audit manager after previously working predominantly with large independent firms in Leeds City Centre. Damien has over 20 years’ experience in the accountancy profession, including over 17 years in audit.

Damien has a substantial amount of experience leading quality audit and assurance teams. He has dealt with a variety of clients in a number of sectors from small companies, to medium-sized groups with turnover and net assets in excess of £200m, to national charities with resources of over £40m.

On a day-to-day basis, Damien will support senior management in completing audit assignments as well as training junior members of staff in audit techniques, passing on his knowledge to ensure all our clients receive the best level of service. 

Outside of the office, Damien spends a lot of his time with his wife and 3 children. When time permits, Damien likes to keep fit and plays a variety of sports including football and rugby. Damien is also a keen martial artist and has earned the rank of instructor from his work training adults and children in a variety of styles.
