Caroline Hant

Caroline joined Harris+Co in August 2020 as a Payroll Officer. She has worked in accountancy practices since 2002 and gained her AAT qualification in 2005. Caroline has extensive experience of working with a variety of clients assisting them with accounts preparation and payroll services. In April 2026, she was promoted to Assistant Payroll Manager. In this role, she works alongside the Payroll Manager to support the end-to-end payroll process and contributes to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and procedures.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, going to the cinema, travelling and walks with her dog.
