Kim Wright

Kim’s career consists of a mix of industry and practice roles, since joining practice in 2015 she has worked with some of the larger national and global accounting firms, with her most recent move to Harris+Co in October 2025.

She specialises working with SME’s providing advisory services to assist with critical, strategic management decisions to aid sustainability, growth, and development of their business.  With a focus on maximising the efficiency and accuracy of the finance function to providing further reporting, such as management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasting, tracking KPI’s and detailed commentary to understand what the numbers are really saying!

Outside of work, Kim has an 18-year karate career mainly now focused on teaching and passing on the historic teachings of the discipline.  She also has a dog and enjoys spending time outdoors and walking.
