Michelle Frost

Michelle’s career has been firmly rooted in industry, most recently as Finance Director in an SME in Barnsley. In 2017 she moved to practice and joined Harris+Co in March 2024.

Specialising in transformation projects across both finance and operations, she is focused upon ensuring all of our back of house systems and processes are robust and efficient, so that our team can support our clients to the highest possible standards.

Outside of work Michelle has been a volunteer at a dog rescue centre since 2013. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, running, cycling and gardening.
