Francesca Aproskie

Francesca joined Harris+Co as a People Administrator at the beginning of June 2025. She has been a HR professional for over 20 years and has been lucky enough to work across a range of sectors and organisations, which has broadened her experience and given her a number of fantastic opportunities over the years.

Her passion, however, lies in the fitness industry and during the pandemic, she made the brave (or crazy!) decision to leave the corporate world and set up her own dance fitness business, teaching Zumba® online and eventually in person. She has since obtained a number of fitness qualifications and now teaches Zumba®, Pilates and Chair Fit to specialist populations across the county.
